About First Detector Educator Scripted Presentations

There are scripted presentations available for NPDN First Detector Educators to use in traditional, face-to-face First Detector training workshops. The NPDN Training and Education Subcommittee will revise materials as needed, with a specific emphasis on reviewing content every three years.

There are seven presentations designed to train First Detectors. These are the updated and expanded "core modules". In addition, we have special topics presentations for additional First Detector training. We are in the process of updating the older presentations and creating new ones to reflect the new authoring guidelines. Once a presentation has been updated and reviewed, the link below will be activated.

Additional resources for First Detector Educators and First Detectors may be found at your local regional NPDN websites.
